Fees

All stated fees are tax exempt with no extra charges or add-ons. 

All treatments may include Shockwave, Active Release, Graston, Rehab, Laser and/or Chiropractic depending on type/nature, phase and severity of injury. All treatments included in fees below.

  • New Patient: $150 (30 minutes)
    • initial consultation, assessment and treatment
  • Follow-up treatment (single): $78 (15 minutes)
  • Follow-up treatment (double): $150 (30 minutes)
    • extra time for multiple soft tissue areas and/or modalities)
  • Previous Patient/New Injury: $150 (30 minutes)
    • consultation, assessment and treatment
  • Orthotics: $490 (includes)
    • assessment, biomechanical evaluation and casting
  • Parking*: Free (in the parkade* and on Highbury St.)
  • Rehab program as needed: Free (following assessment/treatment)

NOTE: We do NOT directly bill MSP, DISABILITY, ICBC, or WCB.  Please keep your receipt and submit directly to them for reimbursement.

We can Direct Bill for the following companies/extended health plans:

Pacific Blue Cross, Canada Life, Canada life (PSHCP), Equitable Life, Great West Life, Manulife Financial, Sunlife Financial, First Canadian, Desjardins, Chamber of Commerce Group, Johnson Inc. or Johnson Group.

We can direct bill (all or a percentage of your appointment fee depending on your coverage).  Please contact your provider for all details regarding your coverage as we do not know the specific details of your plan.  You can pay any remaining balance (if any) with your credit or debit card.

In your online Intake Form as a New Patient, you will be asked the details of your insurance plan/provider and we will enter these numbers prior to your arrival for direct billing purposes on your first visit.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the patient to cover the FEE AT THE TIME OF TREATMENT (that which is not covered through your direct billing insurance coverage/provider).  For coverage from another insurance provider (not mentioned above) or WCB/ICBC please keep your receipt and contact them for reimbursement after your appointment.

You can pay any remaining balance with your credit card (online) OR debit or credit card (at your appointment time).

Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you.  We never double book patients or take the next patient’s appointment time.  As such, we require 24 hours (ideally more) notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.  Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged a cancellation fee (depends on type of appointment missed), depending on circumstances and the mood of Dr. Case.

NOTE: You will be asked to enter your credit card information online.  We use Payfirma (credit card processing company).  Payfirma is PCI Compliant and uses the same 128-bit encryption as the big banks around the world. (more details below**)

*Your Extended Health Plan may cover some (or all) of the fees under Chiropractic ( Dr. Case’s professional designation).  Please check your plan for specific details for all appointments mentioned above.

Dr. Case’s office is located within Body and Soul (entrance near 10th and Highbury St. (off Highbury)). Once inside, please go to the left of the front desk and down past gym (2 sets of 3 stairs each). Waiting room is just to left of last set of stairs. Please wait here and Dr. Case will let you in at your appointment time.

*Parking garage with re-open in September, 2024 (parking garage code (back alley): 7149 – in ANY of the spots reserved for Body and Soul.) Otherwise, there is street parking on W. 10th and Highbury.

SECURITY:  Jane (booking site) never stores your credit card information directly on Jane’s servers.  When you enter a credit card in Jane, Jane instantly transfers that data to Payfirma (credit card processing company), and Payfirma stores that information for Jane.  Payfirma sends Jane back an encrypted key (a token) which represents the credit card so that Jane can continue to bill against that card as you wish, but note that this token can’t be used outside of Jane. The only information that Jane stores about the credit card are the last 4 digits and the expiration date.  Also, you do NOT have to wait in line to pay (or wait in line to book another appointment – also online) before or after your appointment.  You will NOT be charged before your appointment time.
